This is a raw and very easy walnut ‘nut’ butter! You’ll love spreading it on any crackers, like my flax crackers or anything else you can think of!
- approx. 1 cups of walnuts
- honey
- Himalayan salt
- Soak the walnuts for 1-hour.
- Take a handful of soaked walnuts and place into your blender.
- Add less than ⅛ cup of water if needed.
- Add honey to taste.
- Add a pinch of Himalayan salt
- Blend until creamy.
