Fruit Roll-Ups

Let’s do some fun fruit roll-ups! This is the easiest recipe you’ll ever do – it’s only three ingredients! These ones are raspberry fruit roll-ups but you can do any kind of fruit you want to give yourself some variety. These are so good and so healthy for you and if you have kids they’ll love them too!

These types of snacks always have preservatives in them if you buy from the store, but if you make them at home… you know exactly what’s in it!

  • 2 cups raspberry (or use any fruit you desire)

  • 2  tablespoons fresh  lemon juice

  • 2  tablespoons raw honey

  1. Blender in a blend until smooth.
  2. Pour out onto a Teflon dehydrating tray.
  3. Dehydrate for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Peel off and either cut or rip and make into rolls
