Hi all, I hope you had a lovely Thanksgiving. I took a break to see family and catch up with good friends. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming!
So you got a diagnosis and you have not thought about health or what you’re eating or what you’re drinking for the last 20 years. You’re into your habits and you just do them, good or bad.
You’re thinking it’s too difficult to change.
If you’re serious about getting healthy, you’re going to have to start a new life. Because even if you decide to pursue conventional methods, you really need to do whatever you can to help the body heal. In the last 16 blogs, I have described or made mention of lots of different things that you may want to add into your every day life style- things that pertain to all sorts of people and may be helpful to you!
Here, in a nutshell, are the things that I’ve found worked very well for me and my own health situation.
Nutrition- The body cannot heal itself if it doesn’t have the tools with which to do it. Good nutrition helps to build the immune system, helps rebuild damaged tissue as well. No matter what protocol you seek to use to heal yourself, the bottom line is you need the RIGHT nutrition. There’s no escaping it! In my first three blogs I tell you what the right nutrition is.
Supplements and enzymes- Taking the wrong supplements will do nothing for the body- in fact, some you may even pee out. What a waste- literally! Lol! It’s a waste of your time; even worse, it’s a waste of your money and if THE RIGHT supplements can help heal you, it’s also a waste of your health. See blog 3 posted Oct 31 on helping to differentiate on which supplements you need. Also speak to a practitioner who is versed in vitamins and minerals but who’s not selling them. If they’re selling them they have a conflict of interest. They’ll make you spend thousands on stuff you don’t need- and why not? They’re selling them so they get a kickback.
Enzymes– Enzyme therapy is what saved my life – the first three times! Managing your health is a roller coaster. But if you decide to do alternative methods to regain your health, that’s a ride you may want to take. Enzyme therapy is what I still do to this day. It’s a lifetime therapy. Detoxification- You can’t do anything with a dirty system. Some protocols won’t even give you a benefit at all if your system is too toxic. It’s important you clean the sewer system (your sewer system, that is!). If the sewer is blocked, the garbage can’t get out; if the garbage can’t get out, it stays in your system. It’s wreaking havoc, by the way! (See blog 5) A little detoxing hint: you can’t clean yourself with dirty water. See blog 4.
Bacteria busting- Bio Research Lab believes that tumors have bacteria that sends out hormones that stops the body’s antigens from seeing the tumor and attacking it. Awesome…(see blog 6)
Cut down on sugar, animal flesh, and stress. See blogs 7, 8 and 10.
Immune boosting-Linus Pauling believed in Vitamin C therapy. Another doctor believes in mistletoe. Dr Wright believes in HCl therapy to boost killer T cells; and some people don’t believe in any of this. As the Valley Girls say, “WHAT-EVER!” I’m personally trying everything! (See blog 12)
Probiotics – even if I don’t think probiotics in itself is a whole therapy – I did write a whole blog on it. Because there’s no denying how important the gut is in all of this. See blog
