So as the days wind down and summer comes to an end, I cannot help but wonder what the fall will bring. I cannot help but feel that fall is like the real New Year. I am not a New Year’s fan at all. I don’t even like going out on New Years and I get fearful for any of my family or friends that do! You never know what the OTHER guy will do. You never know what the OTHER guy is drinking. You never know what the OTHER guy is thinking!
So for heaven’s sake, why do you want to go out and paint a target on your car?
That said, Fall is a whole other story! It seems after a sleepy summer where every one is gone and no one does any work (or well, maybe its just me that doesn’t work?)
Well it just seems that people are texting and emailing from the beach and picnic grounds all summer long.
Friday’s are not just casual, they are half days, and even if the sun is up longer hours, our work days are shorter. Then Fall hits! School starts, Fashion Week rolls into NYC and then roll out across the globe in different cities, people come back to work and the Magazine sales go up for the September issue. So,that is just one reason that I am so happy to be on the September issue of Amica! That is the one most widely seen! I mean, if you’re gonna work it, might as well be the most widely seen work, right?
I shot this cover in Milano (Milan, Italy) as a tag-on trip to Taormina. I was just happy to be included in Amica’s 50th Anniversary issue- BUT THE COVER!
YAY!
So here it is in all it’s glory (see above).
And couple of other photos too!
The dresses are by Blumarine and the Photo is by Giovanni Gaston. The lovely Editor-in-chief of Amica was Cristina Lucchini. You can click on the photo to enlarge.
ENJOY….

Fall seems like the new year to me also, I am glad you see you write this; I love that special energy change I feel. You are an inspiration to me and I am sharing your websites with other people who have been unaware of proper diet, raw food and nutrition.
It is wonderful to see you, a gorgeous woman, still beautiful as she gets older in years. I am glad you are getting the recognition you deserve, fabulous cover and images Carol! Kristin Monday- Sedona, Arizona.
